What We Offer:Compensation Breakdown:

• Base salary is $55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience and performance.
• Tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year – with arguably the best tip sharing system for cooks you’ve ever seen.
• Bonus program amounts to $5,000 – $10,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business. Results are rewarded.
• Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary + tips, with the maximum including full salary potential, tip + bonus.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-service head chef/kitchen management experience
• 2+ years prep and line cook experience
• Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence
