In this role, you’ll help keep our projects running smoothly. You’ll support the team by managing schedules, updating records, and making sure everything is in order.You’ll work closely with engineers, planners, and managers to keep things on track. Your role is key to making sure jobs are completed on time and that everything is logged correctly. If something needs updating, you’ll be the one to sort it.We need someone who is organised, good with details, and confident using systems. If you like working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things running efficiently, this could be the right role for youWhat you’ll bring?You’ll provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing. You’ll manage task completion dates to meet SLAs and KPIs, proactively resolving problems and escalating when necessary. You’ll work with multiple client systems to update clients and raise issues, validate information, and manage personal and group emails. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders using MS Excel trackers and other systems is key. You’ll also check and validate work completed by subcontractors or internal teams.
