You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire Workday implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.Workday Integration Lead Responsibilities:Manage integration development processDesign and manage integrations for effective data quality and exchange.Solve complex business problems for Workday cloud application integration in Financial functional areas.Lead design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base (Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, Orchestrate).Oversee integration delivery and manage development process across global locations.Lead discovery sessions and deliver design documents to developers.Ensure timelines and quality of integration.Engage with 3rd party vendors as required.Collaborate with client counterpart to achieve project goals.Identify and escalate risks, and develop alternative approaches.Identify process improvements and changes to methodology.Requirements:Workday Partner Certification.Demonstrated consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.Experience with Workday Financials Implementations.Bonus Points for:Proficiency in multiple business processes (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, Grant Management, etc.).If you’re motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, apply now to join our fast-growing team!Why should I join the Accenture Workday team?Innovate every day.
