  • Configuring Recruitment Modules: Customize and maintain recruitment modules, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate management.
  • Supporting Recruitment Processes: Assist HR teams and hiring managers in submitting and managing job requisitions, applications, and candidate communications.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Analyzing Recruitment Data: Use data to analyze recruitment trends and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Providing End-User Support: Offer support and training to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Conducting Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of recruitment data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment management, preferably with Workday.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment practices, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Workday configuration tools.
  • Certifications: Workday recruitment certification is preferred.
