Job description
5 years of sales and customer experience in the financial services industry (preferably Wealth Management) Ability to demonstrate that they are or can be registered with a dealer-member firm that is regulated by CIRO and meet proficiency requirements relative to the former IIROC and/or MFDA standards Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Business or a related field (equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered) Completed or working towards a financial planning designation would be considered an asset Effective relationship building, communication and discovery skills. The ability to meet or exceed required sales goals, by continuously driving to find opportunities to reach new customers Ability to embrace existing technology to maximize productivity, enhance processes and support our client experience Pursuing the QAFP and CFP designation is expected as part of this role A resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
