We are hiring!Our client in Centerville, IA is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will be one who thrives in a fast-paced environment and posses a combination of technical and interpersonal skills looking for the production’s success.Job Title: Production WorkerLocation: Centerville, IAPay Range: $17.08/hrWhat’s the Job?As a Production Associate you will:

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner, following operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Load and unload raw good and/or finished products as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance functions within the work area.
• Adhere to workplace rules and procedures, completing operations assignments as directed by the supervisor.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of applicable safety polices and practices, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Attention to detail for quality inspections of products.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
• Physical ability to perform loading and unloading tasks as required.
