WaterShed Visitor Services Specialist

Join us as a WaterShed Visitor Services Specialist to create welcoming and engaging experiences for visitors while providing excellent customer service, leading exhibit hall tours for the public and K–12 groups, and supporting educational programs and daily operations. This role also assists with administrative tasks, facility safety and upkeep, and opening and closing the building. This position works a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with regular Saturday availability required.

Required Knowledge, experience, And Training

• Experience working with the general public or children.

Licensing And Other Requirements

• First aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
