Water Truck Operator (CDL Required) – Chaparral, NM

Moss Solar, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Water Truck Operators with a valid CDL to support our growing solar projects at the Buena Vista project in Chaparral, NM area.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a water truck to control dust and maintain site conditions on solar project sites
* Perform routine watering of roads, work areas, and excavation zones
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
* Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members
* Assist with general labor duties as needed, including site cleanup and material support
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
* Valid CDL required
* Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or heavy equipment experience (construction or solar preferred)
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hours a day
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat)
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
* Pre-employment drug test required
* Other duties as assigned

Pay:
$24/hr, based on experience
