As a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, you will operate a sequential batch reactor and various sewage lift stations throughout the facility and adjacent municipalities. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as motors, pumps, and disinfection systems. You will also conduct sampling and laboratory analysis for various parameters, as well as recording daily flow and logging data to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. In addition, you will be expected to follow emergency response protocols and adhere to safety regulations. This position requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail to ensure the proper functioning of the facility and its connected municipalities.
