If you have a keen eye for accuracy, strong communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You’ll Be Doing:🔹 Investigating warranty queries and ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer guidelines.
🔹 Accurately inputting and managing vehicle warranty claims, following them through to acceptance and payment.
🔹 Raising and reviewing Warranty Job Cards for Workshop Technicians to ensure compliance.
🔹 Handling general enquiries efficiently, maintaining excellent relationships with manufacturers, customers, and internal teams.
🔹 Assisting in warranty audits to ensure full compliance and mitigate financial risks.
🔹 Maintaining databases, managing invoices, and supporting other workshop administrative tasks.
🔹 Proactively identifying and resolving issues within the manufacturer claim process.What We’re Looking For:✔ Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is key in processing warranty claims.

✅ Basic knowledge of motor vehicles.
✅ Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
