Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator (Production Environment)
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators for a leading client in a fast-paced production warehouse. This is a full-time opportunity with multiple shifts available, offering competitive pay and room for growth.

Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in warehouse operations:
- Operate forklifts: Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Cherry Picker, and Reach Truck (preferred).
- Perform inventory control: cycle counting, restocking, RF scanning, and data entry.
- Support shipping & receiving: load/unload trucks, update systems, quality check orders, and ensure accuracy.
- Move and lift items up to 50 lbs or more.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, and stooping.
- Cross-train in multiple departments to expand skills.
- Maintain reliability, punctuality, and consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years tenure in your most recent position (required).
- Consistent work history in all prior jobs (employment verification required).
- Previous forklift experience (sit-down, stand-up, cherry picker, reach truck) preferred.
- Experience with inventory systems, cycle counting, shipping & receiving.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse work.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift operation (multiple equipment types).
- Knowledge of inventory management & warehouse procedures.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a busy environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- (Full-time; weekend availability may be required)
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
