Warehouse | Shipping – Part Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Shipper to join our dynamic Shipping/Warehouse and Logistics team in a PART TIME, Temp to Hire Role. This role will play a key part in coordinating shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory management. You will report directly to the Director of North America Supply Chain and work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-12pm (4.5 hours/day | 22 hours/week)

Pay: $20-21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outgoing shipments, including air, parcel, and LTL shipments from our Tempe, AZ location.
• Prepare shipments by shrink wrapping, banding outgoing freight, and scanning barcodes on all shipments.
• Support sales operations by assisting with order fulfillment, inventory management, and MRP system data entry.
• Assist in the preparation and entry of inventory and tracking information into the MRP system.
• Provide freight quotes to customers and support customer inquiries related to deliveries and order status.
• Work with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure efficient shipping processes and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the year.
• Adapt to process improvements and contribute to optimizing warehouse operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Forklift certified (required).
• Experience working with UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.
• Knowledge of inventory management and related processes.
• MRP/data entry experience (desirable but not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (desirable but not required).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• A flexible, adaptable mindset—ability to adjust to process improvements and optimizations as needed.
