Job description
We are looking for a Warehouse/Sales Associate to join our clients team. This role is perfect for someone with warehouse experience, strong forklift skills, and a personable, customer-focused attitude. If you enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and have a natural ability to connect with people, this could be a great fit for you!Responsibilities:
- Unload freight trucks using a forklift and move materials to designated areas
- Pull and prepare customer orders efficiently
- Assist at the sales counter and engage with customers in a helpful, professional manner
- Answer product-related questions and help customers find what they need
- Maintain organization and inventory accuracy in the warehouse
- Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance every day
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of continuous forklift experience (must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Personable and outgoing—must enjoy talking to people and providing great customer service
- Some sales or customer service experience preferred (or the ability to develop in that area)
- Electrical knowledge is a plus but not required
- Must maintain a neat, presentable appearance (clean clothing, well-groomed, and professional)
- Comfortable in a culture that values hard work, reliability, and a down-to-earth, ranch-style atmosphere
