A company that manufactures paint products for residential and commercial properties is adding a Material Handler to their team! If you have at least one year of recent experience operating a Reach Truck, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, your strong attendance and ability to meet performance goals will be rewarded. After 6 weeks, you’ll receive a $0.50 per hour raise for perfect attendance. Once hired permanently, you’ll gain another $0.50 per hour raise and become eligible for a bonus program that can increase your pay by $0.80 to $2.00 per hour.

Material Handler Job Duties:
- Operating Reach Truck
- Utilizing a pick sheet to pull
orders and build pallets per the customer orders. - Counting accuracy when pulling
orders and adding to the pallet. - Building pallets after pulling orders and utilizing a wrap machine.
Schedules: 2nd shift
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm or OT per business needs – summer hours 9.5 hours.
Most days you could be working 9-10 hours per day, 5 days a week with occasional voluntary overtime.
Pay: $20.20 per hour
- Increase to $20.70 after 6 weeks pending attendance record.
- Increase to $21.20 upon permanent hire
- Eligible for performance incentive upon permanent hire
Material Handler Job Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience operating a Reach Truck or Electric Pallet Jack Rider
- Proven work history and attendance in a previous role.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, twist, and stand for long periods. Up to 60 lbs.
