If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing a professional, safe, and efficient service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!🌟 Shift Pattern: Embrace the flexibility of a 4 in 7 shift pattern (includes weekends).⏰ Hours: Enjoy a balanced work-life with 10-hour shifts, totalling a 40-hour week.🌞 Permanent Day / Night Shifts: Days – 8:00 – 18:00 or Nights – 18:00 – 04:00Key Accountabilities✅Safety First: Always prioritise safety, proactively report hazards, and collaborate with warehouse team leaders and managers to achieve Zero Harm.✅ Adapting: Your day may consist of accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles, picking products for orders, product control or decanting. Be open to learn and develop new skills.✅ Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers.✅ Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage.✅ Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet performance targets set by the warehouse management system while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.✅ Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely (training available if needed).What we’re looking for:
- Warehouse/distribution environment experience (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work with numbers and follow processes accurately
- A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting
- Excellent time keeping and organisation
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
- FLT License (Desirable but not essential)
