As Warehouse Manager you’ll direct the dedicated team at our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Our company continues to grow, creating new opportunities and job stability you can count on!Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.Position ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day outbound warehouse operations, including freight, parcel and aisle inventory maintenance.Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping.Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team.
