We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Warehouse Lead roles. What a Warehouse Lead will do:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with other Leads
• Collaborate workload with other Leads and provide coverage when other Lead has time off
• Train new hires and recommend and implement new training strategies
• Work with supervisor on resolving errors and recommended new processes to prevent future errors
• Coach employees on performance or productivity issues
• Recognize staffing needs, assisting with determining staffing levels and assigning workload (includes training and cross-training)
• Flexible with schedule, willing to work additional hours or different hours to cover staffing shortage
• Assist with staffing/scheduling
• Stock and backstock snacks and beverage in the morning and throughout the day
• Ensure end-of-day tasks are completed; responsible for closing and locking warehouse

What you need to be a Warehouse Lead:

• 2 years of warehouse/lead experience preferred
• Forklift certified or capable of being certified
• Valid Non-CDL Class D driver’s license and good driving record
• Proven attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and work as a team
• Ability to lift 54 lbs. and push/pull 95 lbs. consistently
