If these are values you share, we would love you to join our team.The Role:As Warehouse Administrator you will support the Warehouse Operations Manager with the general day to day administration for the department. A critical aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.You will epitomise Mulberry by living the values.Duties & Responsibilities:− Maintaining archive system & company assets− Approve departmental invoices for payment− Controlling employee time sheets, holiday requests and absence forms and updating database− Maintaining internal calendars/ databases for employees− Updating internal noticeboards and general admin duties− Maintain and report on faulty returns− Producing reports for management meetings− Assist in writing up new procedures and training guides− Supporting the Transportation department− Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and policies.− Conduct regular health and safety audits and risk assessments.− Implement safety training programs for warehouse staff.Team:− Participate in team meetings− Work collaboratively with all key stakeholdersCulture:− Understand and demonstrate the Mulberry employee values and behaviours: Be Bold, Be Imaginative, Be Open, Be Responsible.− Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions, and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.− Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.
