Join us and be involved in a team that brings future vacation dreams to life. The Activations Agent contacts our guests who have purchased a pre-paid vacation package and assists them in making their travel arrangements. You will use sales strategies to provide recommendations that meet guests’ expectations and apply innovative problem-solving skills to give advice and enhance the guest experience.Key Responsibilities:
– Give the best guest experience that falls in line with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
– Call package holders to book travel dates, verify details, answer questions, and follow up as needed.
– Sell package upgrades that align with guest interest and influence guests to book certain properties/locations/months according to business needs
– Meet performance standards for department metricsQualifications:
- High School Graduate/GED
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required, and is familiar with working in performance-based sales situations.
- 2 years or more of strong customer service experience.
