We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Vulnerability Management team and play a crucial role in optimizing our data processes and reporting. The Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and managing data flows related to our Vulnerability Management program. This role will involve creating custom reports, enhancing our data ingestion processes, and ultimately contributing to the broader Product Ownership responsibilities within the program.

The Work Itself

• Analyze and streamline existing data flows to improve efficiency and accuracy in vulnerability reporting.
• Design and implement custom reports using tools such as PowerBI and Excel, tailored to meet the needs of the Vulnerability Management program.
• Define data ingestion, enrichment and workflow logic and routing between systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration from various systems, including Snowflake data ingestion for vulnerability management and scanning systems (ServiceNow, Qualys, Dazz, GitLab, AWS).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and operational metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Expand responsibilities into Product Ownership for the Vulnerability Management Reporting and Metrics program.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis, with a focus on cybersecurity.

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, MIS, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, PowerBI, Excel, PowerQuery, and other data management, manipulation and reporting technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Cybersecurity experience is highly desirable but not required.

Base Pay Range: $110000 – $180000 USDAn individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. 

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
