We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our established resourcing function, supporting hiring needs from our Skyways Hub office in Liverpool, with flexible working options available.As a key player in our recruitment journey, you’ll be at the forefront of onboarding self-employed delivery drivers â a vital part of our operation. From screening drivers and matching them to the right delivery areas, to coordinating training sessions that set them up for success, your contribution will make a real difference.This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced internal recruitment team. If you’re a natural multitasker with strong organisational skills and a passion for making things happen in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doingIn this busy, customer-focused role, you’ll manage a high volume of applications daily, ensuring the right candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to open delivery areas. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be at the centre of the action, connecting people with opportunity.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Making and receiving a high volume of candidate calls to drive engagement and move candidates through the process
- Reviewing applications and matching drivers to suitable delivery areas
- Communicating with candidates scheduling training sessions, offering clear lines of next steps and feedback
- Advertising roles across multiple job boards to maximise reach
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records the applicant tracking system
- Assisting with creative candidate attraction and social media recruitment activity
- Keeping delivery area data reports up to date
- Supporting Managers and on-site teams with recruitment processes and training coordination
- Ensuring compliance and audit readiness through accurate record-keeping
- Playing an active role in training and supporting new team members
What you need to show usYou will be a passionate and driven individual looking to develop their skills within a large organisation. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- You’ll be a confident communicator, love speaking to people and will be able to build effective relationships
- You’ll enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment, be comfortable taking instructions and working at pace to deliver results.
- Highly organised
- You’ll also be comfortable working with MS Office and able to pick up using our internal systems too.
