Join us.Vice President, Product Lead – Hotels.comThe Vice President, Product Lead- Hotels.com will own the development and execution of a product strategy aligned with H.com’s strategic goals and Expedia Group’s broader business objectives. This leader will operate as part of a dedicated, cross-functional team, working closely with the General Manager (GM), CPO/CTO and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive brand differentiation, market share expansion, and profitable growth.Leveraging deep customer insights and market trends, the VP will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, the VP will ensure seamless alignment between business strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence, inspiring internal teams and driving efficient, high-impact outcomes for H.com.What you will do:Customer-Centric Product Vision & StrategyChampion the Voice of Traveler across all stages of product development, ensuring customer needs drive key decisions.Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with H.com’s growth goals, Expedia Group’s broader strategy, and evolving market dynamics.Product Lifecycle Execution & Operational ExcellenceIn partnership with cross-functional leaders (GM, CPO/CTO and other stakeholders), this role will focus on developing a cohesive product roadmap that aligns with our strategic priorities, financial objectives, and brand goals.Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch—ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with standards, and efficient time-to-market.Innovation & Market InsightsStay ahead of market trends and proactively shape customer expectations through insights from competitive analysis and feedback loops.Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and innovation, integrating the latest technologies to maintain H.com’s market leadership.Internal Evangelism & Cross-Functional LeadershipLead storytelling efforts that build alignment and momentum across departments, creating excitement around product strategies.Act as a product evangelist, fostering collaboration with engineering, marketing, finance, and supply teams to drive cohesive execution.Customer Experience & Brand DifferentiationDeliver a seamless, personalized customer experience that enhances brand loyalty and drives retention.
