Please note: Ideally, candidates should be located within a commutable distance to Reston, VA. However, we are open to remote candidates, with a preference for those in the Eastern and Central time zones. Remote candidates must be willing to travel.
Your role on the team:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead a dynamic team, the Enterprise Proposal Center (EPC), and play a pivotal role in driving the success of ICF’s proposal management efforts. The EPC offers a range of proposal management services designed to ensure high-quality, compliant, and strategic submissions that align with company goals and client needs. It serves as a valuable partner in the proposal development process, offering expertise and resources for ICF’s federal, state and local, and commercial bids. We seek a visionary leader who is deeply passionate about innovation, collaboration, and excellence. As the Vice President of the EPC, you will oversee the entire proposal management organization, guiding the successful development and submission of proposals that fuel ICF’s growth. This position requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to forge strong collaborations across diverse stakeholders. Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$199,324.00 – $338,851.00
