This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our future.Position SummaryAs the CHRO, you will lead and implement human resource and communications strategies that align with Rise Air’s vision and strategic goals. Your primary areas of focus will include change management, talent management, total compensation, employee communication and engagement, organizational and performance management, and learning and development, as well as corporate communications and stakeholder relations, and governance/administration. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, you will guide the building of a culture that is inclusive, embraces change, fosters innovation and celebrates individual success and teamwork.Key Responsibilities and Competencies

Key Relationships
QualificationsTypically, this position requires a postgraduate degree in human resources or related field. The incumbent must hold or be able to obtain the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Saskatchewan certification.A minimum of ten (10) years’ advanced human resource and corporate experience is required with at least five (5) more years of progressively senior human resource and corporate management and leadership experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Preference will be given to qualified Indigenous applicants.Our OfferRemuneration for the appointment will be negotiated with the successful candidate and will be dependent on experience, skills, and ability.
