Take the next step and consider this opportunity to make a meaningful impact with Rogers Bank.This role, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Third Party Risk Management, is responsible for supporting the Operations Team in end-to-end systems, vendor operations, and processing functions that includes the analysis and monitoring of third party service providers to ensure accurate and cost effective service delivery to Rogers Bank in accordance with the Bank’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy.What you’ll do:

  • Documenting and monitoring systems integration process flows, performing production balancing and other control functions and assisting with the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Tracking of OPEX to monthly and annual budgets, validating and processing monthly invoices as well as managing Purchase Orders for several different teams within the Bank.
  • Responsible for validating expenses and assisting in updating forecasts and analyze operational costs for each system function for corresponding service providers.
  • Assisting in defining requirements for new systems capabilities in order to bring new products and services to market. Assisting in developing assessment criteria and helping to evaluate potential service providers during market RFP process.
  • Monitoring service levels and evaluating operational performance of assigned third party providers in accordance with TPRM Policy to assess potential performance issues/opportunities. Assisting in vendor management and vendor evaluation by taking active role in quarterly and annual business reviews with assigned third party providers.
  • Helping in assessing business risks pertaining to outsourcing arrangements as well as developing and tracking of mitigating controls.
  • Assisting in identifying and delivering process improvements to drive operational efficiencies, new system capabilities, and enhanced customer experience.
  • Proactively engaging in problem identification, tracking, and resolution with service providers. Including coordination and communication of planned vendor system outages.
  • May be required from time to time after hours (24/7/365 days) for production issue identification and resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll have:

  • University under-graduate degree or college diploma.
  • 2 years of vendor management (or related) experience with a preference for experience in consumer credit card operations management.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards (BCP/DR, PCI, ISO etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong Excel of Power BI skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and reprioritize in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or similar Purchase Order management system is preferred.
  • Knowledge of TSYS TS2 and related credit card systems interfaces is preferred.
