Then join us as the Vendor Manager for Branded Gift Cards in the EU.Branded Gift Cards are the fastest-growing category within our Gift Cards business, offering customers over 180 gift cards from popular brands, such as Apple, Google, or Netflix, across six European countries.In this role, you will own external-facing relationships and drive the growth of the category by expanding selection, offers, and working with cross-functional partner teams to continuously improve our customers’ experience. You will manage relationships with our external partners and top brands, while also contributing to strategic growth initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, customer-centric, and entrepreneurial Vendor Manager to join the EU Branded Gift Cards team. Reporting to the Head of EU Branded Gift Cards, you will be part of the EU Gift Cards and Payment Products organization.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful negotiations and managing stakeholder relationships. You should bring the ability to work effectively with different types of data and convince with your problem-solving attitude.Our vision is to offer customers an inspiring and convenient experience for finding, choosing, and purchasing gifts for themselves and loved ones. We aim to achieve this by continuously expanding our selection, improving discoverability, and offering compelling price promotions.Key job responsibilities
– Own and manage relationships with external partners and top brands across the EU. Demonstrate the ability to lead complex negotiations.
– Identify strategies to sustainably increase long-term profitability, balancing revenue growth, margin optimization, and customer value.
– Define and implement a comprehensive roadmap to grow our product selection based on customer relevance and business opportunity. Leverage data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to inform the roadmap.
– Oversee the seamless onboarding of new brands and products on Amazon, partnering closely with our operations and catalog teams.
– Contribute to demand forecasting and ensure consistent product availability throughout the year, including peak seasons.
– Support the successful rollout of new product features in the EU, collaborating with the Global Gift Cards Product and Technology teams.
– Develop and execute strategies to expand the availability of price discounts, driving accelerated adoption of the category.
– Monitor and report on business performance, contributing to executive business reviews (XBRs) for EU and Global Gift Cards leadership.
– Collect and analyze customer feedback, then partner with marketing and product teams to continually improve the shopping experience.
– Identify scalable opportunities to drive actions that strengthen our business operations and support sustainable growth.About the team
The Branded Gift Cards team is part of Consumer Gift Cards (where we also sell our own Amazon Gift Cards and the Top Up solution on our Store), and sits within the EU International Payment Products organization. As such, we are the home of all customer payment products, including the Co-branded Credit Card and Instalments (buy now, pay later).

– Few years professional experience
– Experience in a commercial role, leading negotiations with external partners
– Experience contributing to cross-functional projects or programs
– Expertise with Amazon’s retail systemsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Expertise or experience in the financial services sector
– SQL proficiency
