Vehicle MechanicLocation: Peterborough
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 doe with OTE of up to £65,000Interaction Recruitment are hiring for Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technicians to join our clients team on a permanent basis. They specialise in Land Rovers, and so it is imperative that you have experience working on these vehicle models. There is a mix of classic and current vehicles too, so some experience on older cars will help.What is on offer.A fantastic salary with excellent earning opportunities on top.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.The role.Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication
Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering trust that leads to repeat business and referrals
Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharingRequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a vehicle mechanic working on Class 4/7 vehicles.
NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Repair & Maintenance
MOT certification is advantageous but not essential.
Team player with a willingness to grow and develop.
