Birmingham – £28,000 – £33,000 My client is an international law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Supervisor to join their vehicle hire team in Birmingham.The need to hire a supervisor has arisen due to bringing in a new client. In the role you will be managing a small team of 5 Paralegals, imparting your technical knowledge to ensure the cases run smoothly. Your team will be managing vehicle hire claims from small track to multi track including fraudulent credit hire claims, as well as dealing with liability, indemnity and associated losses including personal injury, credit repair and diminution. You will initially handle a small caseload of around 20 files, but with the end goal to be a solely supervisory role.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling either vehicle hire claims, fraudulent claims or PI claims. The role is a defendant role but if you are from a claimant background looking to get into a defendant role you will also be considered too.The salary for the role will be £33K + bonus with an OTE of c£40K. You will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week with 2 days WFH.
