The value add is to enable agencies to manage their work end to end within our innovate platform.This is a greenfield program of work to replace their existing workflow system with bespoke .Net development using a microservice architecture in Azure and Kubernetes.What you’ll be doing:We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centered design solutions and a track record of delivering exceptional digital experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will help drive the design strategy for our products, work with a team of designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs are both innovative and effective.This role will report into the Lead UX/UI Designer.

  • User Research: Conduct and oversee user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to gain insights into user needs and behaviours.
  • Design Execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and visually compelling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools. Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve design processes and solutions.
  • Design System: Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure coherence across all digital platforms.
  • Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: Strong experience in UX/UI design, with at least experience in SaaS solutions in the PPM space.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, including examples of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
