My client, a leading bank, are looking to hire a US qualified lending lawyer to join their highly regarded legal team.The successful candidate will be working closely with the business and be considered a ‘go to’ when it comes to supporting on US law governed lending transactions, with the support of the wider team and opportunity to support on UK focused transactions, as well. This is an exciting opportunity for a US qualified lawyer looking to move in-house and utilise their expertise in a commercial environment within a newly created role.This organisation offers an excellent flexible working options and benefits.Skills required
- US qualified lawyer (ideally NY admission) with 2+ years’ post qualification experience gained in the finance team of a leading law firm or financial institution.
- Must have strong general banking lending experience and expertise in LSTA transactions.
