DutiesResponsibilities:
– Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote child development in areas such as physical education, math, and language skills
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
– Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive interactions and guidance
– Monitor and assess each child’s progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
– Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
– Ensure the well-being and welfare of all children in your careRequirementsQualifications:
– Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
– Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
– Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
– Ability to pass a background check
