We are a small team of passionate chefs dedicated to creating food from scratch. Our cooking focuses on using locally and seasonally sourced ingredients. Our team is led by a chef with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens who values mentorship, support, and the excitement and passion of working together and learning daily.Candidate summary: The ideal candidate will help us maintain and elevate our high standards. Position:

• Line Cook

Compensation:

• $20-22 hourly based on experience
• Paid biweekly

Schedule requirements:

• Wednesday – Sunday
• 45-50 hours per week
• Based on the needs of the restaurant

Language requirements:

• English

Experience required:

• 1+ years experience in a similar role in an upscale casual restaurant
• Proficiency in all kitchen line stations (both cold and hot stations)
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
