They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.We are seeking individuals who aspire to grow and develop into true professionals. • Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, on average up to 40 hours per week.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Must have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week and on weekends.
• Ability to travel to and train at different locations in the Greater Toronto Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Meet and exceed sales expectations.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock while maintaining store cleanliness.
• Understand, respect and follow the company’s code of conduct.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
