About Our ClientOur client is hiring a Trust Accountant to manage trust account ledgers and prepare financial reports. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office and remote work.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting ledgers for multiple trust funds
- Prepare trust reports and process trust withdrawals
- Verify trustee statements, ledgers, and bank statements
- Ensure compliance with provincial trust regulations
- Contribute to the accuracy of trust account balances
Qualifications
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Expected salary
$54000 per year
