In a context of a new target Treasury Operating Model and the deployment of a Treasury Management System to the Group Affiliates, the job consists on 2 principal responsibilities :– Coordination of Treasury projects
– Treasury internal controlYour Key missions:

  • Treasury project manager: Lead & monitor Treasury IT system projects
  • Projects coordination of functional part: planning management, affiliates & consultants coordination, RFP redaction, collecting business requirements
  • Relationships with editors & other corporates
  • Functional KPI follow-up
  • Budget and tracking
  • Maintenance & development of Kyriba & Satellites
  • Datascope & Fx all maintenance
  • Kyriba future developments/Roadmap follow-up/Recommendations
  • Tool adaptation to new regulations & automatization (specifications)
  • Follow-up of requests and needs of affiliates & HQ treasury team
  • Organization of trainings, drafting of user guides, communication management
  • Internal control and Leadership of group treasurers’ community
  • Maintenance of Group rules and policies for Treasury activities/ Treasury Wiki maintenance
  • Coordination with internal audit and governance IT team
  • Maintain of procedures and control of the SOD in Kyriba
  • External and internal audits (Tool and processes)
  • Webinar organisation / training & user guides / Sharing best practices.

  • You have a University Degree or Business school degree specialized in Finance
  • You have a master’s degree
  • You have at least 4 years professional experience
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You worked with treasury tools (Kyriba is a plus), Office pack, PowerBI
