Please see below for a detailed job description for the role.Main duties of the jobWe are currently looking to a recruit an established Band 8a Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our proactive, committed and dynamic Team of practitioners in Trauma and orthopaedics (T&O) Service at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS).We are seeking to expand our team further within the field of trauma and orthopaedics to enable a 24/7 service to improve continuity and quality of our patients care; continuing to deliver prompt admissions and management, improved patient experience, prompt discharging resulting in a reduced length of stay.Attached you will find the person specification document which provides more detail about the essential and desirable skills and experience needed for this role.
