Transport Supervisor (Nights) – Immediate Start – Permanent RoleLocation: South YorkshireShift: 4 on 4 off | 18:00 – 06:00Salary: £30,000 – £35,000Start Date: ImmediateVenatu Recruitment Group is hiring a Transport Supervisor (Nights) for our client to oversee night operations, manage a team of drivers, and ensure smooth transport operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise night operations & coordinate with managers.
• Oversee shift handovers & driver deployment.
• Plan & allocate vehicles for next-day deliveries.
• Manage fleet movements & arrange repairs.
• Ensure timely loading & dispatch.
• Handle reports, debrief drivers & manage admin tasks.

What You Need:

• Experience in a transport supervisory role.
• Strong IT & transport planning system skills (Road Runner is a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & teamwork skills.
