We are dedicated to providing schools with the tools they need to manage their finances effectively and efficiently.What will you be doing?As a Financial Systems Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on our iFinance and iSAMS systems. You will:

  • Train New Schools: Provide in-depth training to new school clients, helping them configure and set up the systems to meet their specific needs.
  • Customise Training Programmes: Collaborate with the implementation team to design bespoke training programmes tailored to each school’s requirements.
  • Deliver Training: Conduct training sessions both online and onsite, catering to groups and individuals alike.
  • Develop Training Materials: Assist in the creation and refinement of training courses and materials to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously enhance the quality of content and delivery.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay informed about system developments to best serve our clients.
  • Client Support: Work closely with Customer Account Managers to ensure existing schools are maximising their use of the iSAMS MIS and iFinance systems.
  • Promote New Features: Introduce and promote new modules and features to schools, helping them get the most out of our software.

What are we looking for?We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Accounting Expertise: You are a qualified or part-qualified accountant, or you have proven QBE experience, with up-to-date qualifications.
  • System Experience: Experience using or training on accountancy systems is essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: You have a background in customer service, with strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Tech Savvy: You possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Forms, and Power Automate.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in the education or IT sectors is desirable but not essential.
