HSS Training are the UK’s leading provider of health, safety and technical training. We offer over 300 industry recognised training courses aimed at providing our customers with all the knowledge and skills they need to succeed safely.What you’ll do:

• You’ll register courses with our awarding bodies using online portals and booking forms
• You will place orders for stock, keeping an eye on stock levels for future courses

• You will send documents to delegates ahead of the courses

• You will organise virtual training – booking Microsoft Teams meetings

• You will assist with incoming and outgoing post and any other adhoc duties as required

What you’ll bring:

• Team player energy – working in a fast paced and dynamic division
• You’ll have excellent customer service skills, with experience of administration in a previous role
• You’ll be organised and have experience or problem solving
• You’ll have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
