You’ll be helping schools find the best teaching staff and supporting education professionals to find jobs they love.You’ll be:
- Writing creative job adverts and marketing your candidates
- Building strong relationships with schools and teachers
- Negotiating pay rates and managing contracts
- Growing and nurturing your own candidate pool
- Driving new business and strengthening client partnerships
