Location: Hayes, Middlesex (Hybrid – 4 days office, 1 day home)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in finance while studying towards a professional qualification.The Role
Supporting the Accounts Receivable team, you’ll help with invoice processing, reconciliations, and queries. You’ll receive full training and gradually take on more responsibility.Key Duties:Assist with daily invoice processingPrepare and process customer refundsInvestigate invoice issues with departmentsHelp prepare manual invoices/credit notesReconcile payments and maintain ledgersSend out invoices and statementsAnswer finance queries by email and phoneKeep accurate records and support daily tasksHelp across the finance team when neededAbout You
You’re organised, eager to learn, and want to grow in a finance role. You might be studying AAT, ACCA, or CIMA or planning to start.
