We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and vibrant customer based in Chessington as a Trade Counter Adviser / Warehouse Operative. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for excellent service, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, helpful, and professional service to trade and retail customers at the counter.
- Advising customers on products and ensuring their orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch with care.
- Receiving and processing incoming stock.
- Keeping the warehouse and trade counter clean, organized, and safe-creating a pleasant space for everyone.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a big plus!
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and handle goods safely.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
