Travis Perkins plc are seeking 3 x Tool Hire Safety Assurance Auditors to join their expanding team!Each role will cover a geographical area in the UK:Scotland/ Northern areasMidlandsSouth East/ West of the UKWhat will you do?To provide independent assurance of workshop and asset safety within Tool Hire operations across the Travis Perkins Group, this will be completed by performing safety and compliance reviews of Tool Hire workshop branches and providing in the moment coaching and supportSome accountabilities of the role:To execute Tool Hire Safety & Compliance Reviews as determined by the Group’s Safety Assurance Strategy.To issue Tool Hire Safety & Compliance Reviews, communicate and influence effectively with key stakeholders over the issues identified in the review.To provide the necessary coaching ‘in the moment’ in order to ensure the identified issues can be resolved immediately.Support Hire Operations in the investigation process for plant tips, asset A defects and PNAs.
