A fantastic opportunity for a Tool Hire Manager to work in a professional trade/ distribution environment for this distributor of construction products.As a Tool Hire Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a department within a successful branch, developing and executing a sales plan, delivering high levels of customer service and building strong relationships with customers in the area. You will be managing a small team, ensuring basic repairs are carried out in a timely fashion and making sure correct stock levels are maintained for optimum equipment utilisation.The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Sales and management experience gained within a tool hire environment
  • Ability to drive sales through the team
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Capacity to learn new products and lead their own development
  • P&L accountability
  • Able to demonstrate ability to pro-actively drive sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
  • Experience of success in their current & previous roles
