Time-Served Painter and DecoratorsCentral Borders – Various locationsMain duties:
– Preparing surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
– Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
– Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and industry compliance.
– Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
– Collaborating effectively with both clients and team members.
– Working independently or as part of a team to ensure project deadlines are met.Applicants must be/have:
-Time-served with proven experience in painting and decorating, holding City and Guilds Level 2 or an equivalent qualification.
– Full UK Driver’s Licence with reliable transport.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
– A strong commitment to detail, quality workmanship, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
– Availability for the duration of the specified project.
– A recent Disclosure Check or the ability to provide a valid certificate prior to starting.THESE POSITIONS ARE EMPLOYED PAYE // PAYE Adv – NOT SELF EMPLOYED
