Job Description:The Human Resources (HR) Policy team focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide. You will help set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and regulatory requirements; as well deliver exceptional employee experience. You will be the go-to expert for time and leave policies, ensuring they meet employee needs and legal standards, are aligned to market trends, and are user-friendly. To be successful you must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management, working independently, leading global project teams, working flexible hours to accommodate global meetings, and partnering with key stakeholders across HR to deliver seamless solutions.As a Time & Leave HR Policy Advisor – Executive Director in the Human Resources Policy team, you’ll drive global strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and ensure compliance with ever-evolving regulations. You will collaborate with senior management, lead dynamic global projects, and partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless, innovative solutions.Job responsibilities
