This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic project in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.Join us in ensuring that the organization remains resilient and compliant as we navigate complex challenges and deliver solutions that make a difference!Your new roleWorking closely with our Resilience & Third Party Risk Project Lead, you’ll have the chance to work alongside passionate professionals committed to shaping the future of risk management in the insurance sector. If you’re eager to contribute to impactful projects, drive change, and enhance operational resilience within a supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Main Responsibilities:Support project delivery and development of operational resilience and third-party related controls.Embed controls within key documents and procedures.Delivery of effective business continuity and contingency plans across all key operational dependencies including third party and technology.Support change management activities for transitioning project activity to BAU.Engage and communicate effectively with internal customers at all levels including third party management teams and resilience SMEs across the business.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and collaboration.About YouWe’re looking for someone with experience working in Financial Services or similarly regulated environment ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, group policies, and operational requirements. You should have an ability to deliver compliant procedures, controls, and documentation that align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.Additionally, we’re seeking someone who has actively contributed to enhancing operational resilience by promoting best practices, facilitating problem-solving, and addressing challenges within third-party risk and resilience frameworks.Other skills you’ll need:Experience within financial services, preferably commercial insurance and/or reinsurance.Experience of contingency planning.Proven experience of producing operational documentation in a structured, coherent and efficient manner.Proven ability to review, understand and interpret documents.Experience of handling data and creating high-quality reliable reports, summaries, graphs or dashboards at various levels desirable.Experience of working effectively with all levels throughout an organisation.Outsourcing and third-party risk management experience desirable.Why QBE?
