Job Description:Tenancy Management OfficerSalary: (Band E) £37,815 – £43,083 per annum12 Months Fixed Term Contract37 Hours per WeekThe Tenancy Management Vision:-A person centred and professional service, which enables and empowers staff & residents to manage their homes and neighbourhoods effectively, as well as providing timely and appropriate support.Thurrock Council seeks a self-motivated person, with the ability to problem solve. Successful applicants will be required to manage an area of housing stock involving all matters of tenancy and some locality-based services.Duties can include and are not limited to-

• Letting of new tenancies/ending of tenancies
• Managing tenancy changes
• Introductory Tenancy Reviews
• Resident engagement
• Partnership working with other agencies and teams
• Prioritising Tenancy sustainment
• Tenancy enforcement
• Tenancy/Property Audits
• Estate management
