In this full-time, Temporary IT Help Desk role, you will be supporting with Tier 1 Help Desk issues including software and hardware support. This role is fully on site and expected to last for 3 months.
Temporary IT Help Desk Job Duties:
- Provide Tier 1 Helpdesk support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with on-site equipment
- Troubleshoot user login and authentication issues
- Help with setting up AV equipment for events.
- Assist with the inventorying and organizing IT equipment.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay:
$30 – $35
Temporary IT Help Desk Requirements:
- 2+ years of Tier 1 Help Desk experience
- Experience troubleshooting with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Strong communication skills
- Proof of Covid vaccination?
