This companies mission is to end hunger in Western Washington. They partner with a variety of food banks, shelters and meal programs to provide than 201,000 meals every single day. Your work here truly makes a difference! 

In this full-time, Temporary IT Help Desk role, you will be supporting with Tier 1 Help Desk issues including software and hardware support. This role is fully on site and expected to last for 3 months.  

Temporary IT Help Desk Job Duties:

  • Provide Tier 1 Helpdesk support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with on-site equipment 
  • Troubleshoot user login and authentication issues
  • Help with setting up AV equipment for events.
  • Assist with the inventorying and organizing IT equipment.

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay:
 $30 – $35

Temporary IT Help Desk Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Tier 1 Help Desk experience 
  • Experience troubleshooting with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proof of Covid vaccination?
