As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be at the forefront of ensuring clients receive the outstanding service via inbound calls and emails.As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

• Handling customer queries via inbound calls & emails
• Managing hire contracts to guarantee that our customers receive the service they’ve paid for.
• Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with our clients through empathy, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.
• Maintaining a high level of organisation, even when working under pressure.
• Collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues to deliver excellence in customer support.

4 – 6 week temp role with the view of getting extended |Weekly pay & Immediate startTo be successful in this role:

• Experience within a call centre or customer service based role (1 year)
• Can commit to a 4 week temp role that offers an immediate start
• The ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring the best customer experience.
